In the course of operation, the inflated rubber shipboard guard may be pricked, punctured, scribed or worn out from time to time. Once the air inside the guard escapes, the inflated rubber shipboard guard loses its function, and repair becomes necessary. The following is the introduction to typical troubleshooting and repair methods:
I. Air leakage at nozzle of inflated rubber shipboard guard: Most air leakages are caused by failure of valve, and the problem can be solved by just replacing the valve.
II. Air leakage at the nozzle and edge of flange of the inflated rubber shipboard guard: Most of these troubles are caused by over-squeezing or by hard impact. In normal condition, you can use cold adhering method or adding raw rubber shim method to solve the problem.
